  3. Business Intelligence
  4. Servers and Storage Technologies
  5. Networking, Voice, and Data Communications

Among emerging technologies and trends, they expect the greatest impact from:

  2. Service-oriented architecture (SOA)
  3. Software as a service (SaaS)
  4. Second-generation Web-based services (Web 2.0)
  5. Business activity monitoring through access to real-time data
