Suppliers say Apple has reduced its orders by 25 percent.

Bloomberg: A new JPMorgan report says that Apple has cut its orders for iPad parts by 25 percent. If true, this would be the first time that Apple has reduced parts orders for its popular tablet. Industry observers say the reduced orders could reflect weakening demand in Europe or that Apple could be choosing to operate with reduced inventory as a market strategy.

Despite the news, JPMorgan analyst Mark Moskowitz continues to predict that Apple will sell 10.9 million to 12 million iPads in the third and fourth quarters.
