Iranian Hacker Claims He Acted Alone in Stealing Digital SSL Certificates

He says the theft was an act of revenge in response to Stuxnet worm, which he believes was created by the U.S. and Israel.

The Guardian: Last week, it came to light that someone had stolen digital certificates for several of the world's largest Web sites, and many observers offered opinions that the Iranian government was likely behind the attack. Now a lone Iranian hacker has come forward to claim responsibility, denying that his government had anything to do with his actions.

On a hacker Web site, the individual said that his actions were revenge for the unleashing of the Stuxnet worm, a virus he believes was created by the U.S. and Israel. He also explains, fairly convincingly, how he discovered the vulnerability perpetrated the attack.
