A new feature on the search site lets users block Web sites that they don't want to see.

Mashable: Google is rolling out a new feature on its Web search pages that allows users to block Web sites that they don't want to see in their search results. The feature had been previously available as a Chrome extension, but this is the first time it has been available to all Google users.

Google says that its algorithm is not “currently using the domains people block as a signal in [search] ranking,” but it hasn't ruled out the possibility of doing so in the future.
