Smartphone owners spend an average of 667 minutes a month using apps.

NYTimes: Research firm Zokem has released some new statistics about the behavior of British and American smartphone users. They found that smartphone owners spend an average of 667 minutes per month using apps. However, iPhone and Android owners used about twice as many apps as BlackBerry owners.

The report also found that some of the most heavily downloaded apps are not actually used very often.
