Google Offers Users up to 16TB of Cloud-Based Storage

New tiered pricing plans let users purchase larger chunks of storage space.

Fortune: Google is rolling out new tiered pricing plans for its cloud-based storage. Customers can now purchase up to 16TB of storage for Google Docs, Picasa Web Albums, and photos from Blogger. Under the new plan, 1TB of space costs $256 per year, and 20GB costs just $5.

The new storage is not available for Gmail, where paid users are limited to 25GB of storage space.
