E-Commerce Will Keep Rolling, Research Firm Says

Forrester says online sales will increase 10 percent per year through 2015.

Wall Street Journal: A new report from Forrester Research says that U.S. Internet sales increased 12.6 percent in 2010 to hit $176 billion. The firm predicts that total will continue to grow 10 percent a year to reach $279 billion in 2015.

However, online sales still account for a relatively small percentage of total retail sales: just 8 percent in 2010, rising to 11 percent by 2015.
