Cnet: Market researchers at Experian Hitwise say Google's share of the search market fell two percent between December and January, and the market leader now accounts for 67.95 percent of Web searches. Meanwhile Bing-powered searches increased by 6 percent to hit 27.44 percent. Searches on Bing.com account for much of the increase, as searches on Bing-powered Search.Yahoo.com actually fell.
The report also details the search engines' "success rate"--the number of searches that actually triggered a visit to a Web site. In these rankings, Google came in third behind Bing and Yahoo.
