NetworkWorld: Michael Dell, chairman and CEO of Dell, and Samuel Palmisano, chairman and CEO of IBM, are calling on U.S. government leaders to promote innovation and make the country more competitive. Their comments highlighted partisan bickering in Congress, the huge national deficit, and high corporate tax rates. "None of us could run those kinds of debts and keep our jobs," Palmisano said.
