AT&T Faces Lawsuit over iPhone Billing

Court case claims that the company routinely overbills customers on data charges by 7 to 14 percent.

UPI: Californian Patrick Hendricks has filed a lawsuit against AT&T that his attorney says could become a class action case. Hendricks claims that AT&T billed him for data charges on his iPhone when the iPhone was turned off.

In papers filed in the suit, Hendricks claims that AT&T routinely charges data customers for 7 to 14 percent more than their actual usage.
