Google: Bing Is Cheating, Copying Our Search Results

So far, Microsoft is not denying Google's claims.

SearchEngineLand: According to Google, Microsoft's Bing search engine has been watching which sites Google users click on and using the data to improve their ratings. This, Google says, is like copying off another student's paper during a test. “I’ve spent my career in pursuit of a good search engine,” says Google Fellow Amit Singhal. “I’ve got no problem with a competitor developing an innovative algorithm. But copying is not innovation, in my book.”

Early response from Microsoft seems to confirm that they are doing what Google accuses them of doing.
