PCWorld: On Tuesday night, a hacker gained control of Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook fan page and posted the following message: "Let the hacking begin: If facebook [sic] needs money, instead of going to the banks, why doesn't Facebook let its users invest in Facebook in a social way? Why not transform Facebook into a social business' the way Nobel Price [sic] winner Muhammad Yunus described it? http://bit.ly/fs6rT3 What do you think? #hackercup2011."
Facebook changed the URL for its CEO's page shortly after the incident, but not before it generated more than 1,800 likes and almost 450 comments. No one has claimed responsibility for the hack, but Facebook appears to be taking the security breach seriously.
