The courtroom drama continues in the cases surrounding Mark Hurd's messy exit from HP.

Wall Street Journal: In a response to a demand from a shareholder, HP has proposed an independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding Mark Hurd's departure from his former position as the company's CEO.
