Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will debut for $34 per user per month for 12 months.

International Business Times: Microsoft has announced worldwide availability of its Dynamics CRM Online cloud-based customer relationship management solution. Until now, the beta SaaS version of the software was only available in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, but it will now be open to 40 countries and in 41 languages.

"This is the first time we've made a release in the cloud before we have done so in the server version, and I think that really reflects the push by Microsoft into the cloud," said company CEO Steve Ballmer.

The service will cost $34 per user per month for 12 months, and users who switch from Salesforce.com or Oracle's Siebel will get additional rebates.
