Wednesday Jan 5th 2011 by Staff

In a new study, 67 percent of organizations reported an increase in help desk calls during 2010.

Computerworld: HDI (formerly known as the Help Desk Institute) has published the results of a new survey in which 67 percent of help desk operations said their calls increased in 2010. Possible reasons for the increase in help desk calls include improved reporting, the growth of mobility, and changes/upgrades to users' systems.
