Paul Allen Revises Patent Suit Against 11 Tech Firms

After the original lawsuit was tossed out for being too vague, Allen has refiled his suit with more specifics.

Cnet: Paul Allen's patent infringement lawsuit against Apple, Google, Facebook, Yahoo, AOL, YouTube, eBay, Netflix, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and Staples is back on. Earlier this month, a judge tossed out the lawsuit, saying the charges were too vague and giving Allen until December 28 to re-file. He has met the deadline with new, more specific allegations.

Allen received the patents in question when he headed Interval Research, which went out of business in 2000.
