Mozilla Rolls Out Firefox and Thunderbird Updates

The release patches 11 vulnerabilities in the popular open source browser.

The Inquirer: The Mozilla Foundation has released updates for its Firefox browser and its Thunderbird e-mail client. The browser release patches 11 security vulnerabilities, including 9 considered "critical." In all, the update fixes 68 bugs, for improved performance and reliability.

The Thunderbird update also improves the handling of files stored locally.
