Browser with "Tracking Protection Lists" could debut early next year.

BBC: In a blog post, Microsoft has revealed that the next version of its Internet Explorer browser will have tools to prevent Web sites from sharing user data with others. Similar to the "Do Not Call" list, IE9 would have "Tracking Protection Lists" that limit information sharing. The feature would be turned off by default and users would have to opt in.

Microsoft said the new features will likely be part of IE9 when it is released in early 2011.
