A judge threw out some, but not all, of the charges against Oracle related to a lawsuit that claims it overcharged the U.S. government.

NetworkWorld: Oracle had asked a judge to throw out the U.S. Government's case in a lawsuit that alleges Oracle overcharged the government for several years. The judge did throw out some of the older allegations, but the government will be able to pursue its case related to alleged fraud that occurred more recently.
