80 percent of those surveyed say they have concerns about the complexities involved in upgrading to the new productivity suite.

CIOinsight: A new market research report from Dimensional Research and Dell's Kace division shows that companies are putting off their migrations to Office 2010 because of concerns about complexity. While 85 percent of the 953 IT professionals surveyed said they plan to deploy Office 2010, 80 percent said they have concerns about the complexity of the upgrade.

Of those surveyed, only 4 percent had fully deployed the new office productivity software, and just 18 percent planned broad deployment this year.
