Vulnerability exploited by an attack on the Nobel Peace Prize Web site.

Computerworld: Windows users who visited the Nobel Peace Prize Web site Tuesday may have unknowingly downloaded malware. Security vendor Norton discovered the attack which exploits an unpatched vulnerability in the Firefox browser.

"We have diagnosed the issue and are currently developing a fix, which will be pushed out to Firefox users as soon as the fix has been properly tested," Mozilla said in response. In the meantime, users of Firefox 3.5 or 3.6 can protect themselves by disabling JavaScript or using the NoScript add-on.
