Court documents seem to support Larry Ellison's claim that Léo Apotheker's former company tried to steal Oracle secrets.

Daily Tech: HP has a new CEO scandal on its hands. This time Oracle chief Larry Ellison is accusing new HP CEO Léo Apotheker of masterminding corporate theft. "A few weeks ago I accused HP's new CEO, Léo Apotheker, of overseeing an industrial espionage scheme centering on the repeated theft of massive amounts of Oracle's software," said Ellison. "A major portion of this theft occurred while Mr. Apotheker was CEO of SAP."

In a current case, SAP has admitted to wrongdoing. The court is now determining damages. Ellison wants Apotheker to testify in the case.
