Android 3.0 offers a more attractive interface and video chat support.

Phandroid: Google has not yet officially launched Android 3.0, codenamed "Gingerbread," but fan site Phandroid has some leaked details. Most of the new information concerns interface updates that give the mobile operating system a more attractive, more uniform look and feel. That includes updating Google's mobile apps so that they seem more integrated with the operating system.

Other notable changes include video chat support and SIP support that will allow users to accept Google Voice calls.
