Enterprise users can now search on-premise and cloud content from one place.

Ars Technica: Google has announced a new upgrade to its Google Search Appliance (GSA). Enterprise customers who use the product can now not only search through content stored in their on-site databases and file systems, they can also search content stored in the cloud with other Google services. For example, searching for sales figures will not only bring up sales documents stored on the network, it would also bring up relevant messages in Gmail or documents from Google Docs.

The GSA also now includes a feature called "People Search," which displays the names of people related to search terms on the right side of the screen.
