The Guardian: Skype has rolled out a new version of its communications service that includes Facebook integration, video conferencing and other new features. Skype users can now sync with their Facebook accounts so that their status updates appear in both places. They can also call any friends who publish their phone numbers on Facebook.
Of more interest to business users is the new videoconferencing feature which allows callers to interact act with up to 10 other users at once. A new business version of Skype 5 also gives administrators the ability to restrict certain features like file sharing.
