Nokia's MeeGo Chief to Exit

Just months before Nokia launches its new operating system, the executive in charge steps down.

Wall Street Journal: Earlier this year, Nokia said that it planned to release handsets based on the new MeeGo operating system before the end of this year. However, now the person in charge, Ari Jaaksi, has stepped down "for personal reasons."

Jaaksi is just the latest in a flood of executives who have left Nokia recently. A company spokesperson says the departure will not affect planned product launches.
