Computerworld: Apple's iPhone took the top honors in the latest J.D. Powers customer satisfaction rankings. Apple, which earned 800 out of 1,000 possible points, was closely followed by Motorola (791 points) and HTC (781 points). At the bottom of the chart were BlackBerry maker Research in Motion (737), Samsung (735), Palm (726), and Nokia (711).
The survey also found that people are paying higher monthly bills and keeping their handsets longer.
