PC Magazine: Users love their PCs again--at least that's the finding of the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Those who purchased all brands of PCs reported higher levels of satisfaction, a fact the researchers attribute to Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating system.
However, the highest ranked computer brand doesn't use Windows. Top-ranked Apple had a nine point lead in the ACSI scoring system. "No other company in the ACSI has as formidable a lead within its own industry," noted University of Michigan professor Claes Fornell.
