Google Realtime gets its own site and better filtering capabilities.

Reuters: Google has had a real-time search engine that provides results from public Twitter and Facebook feeds for a while. But now, instead of accessing the service by choosing special options on the main Google site, users can visit www.google.com/realtime instead.

The new site also offers new filtering capabilities, like the ability to search by location or to search for posts with pictures. Users can also receive e-mail alerts when there are new posts about topics that interest them, and they can view the entire thread of a conversation related to a post, instead of just the individual posting.
