HP Lifts Bid For 3Par To $2B, Topping Dell Again

The bidding war for the storage vendor isn't over yet.

Wall Street Journal: Despite the fact that 3Par's board already accepted a bid from Dell, HP upped the ante again, offering $30 per share or $2 billion to acquire the storage hardware vendor. Dell's previous offer was for $27 per share.

3Par's stock price continues to rise as the bidding war continues, and its competitors' stock prices have also increased.
