The out-of-band update fixes a vulnerability discovered by a Google researcher.

ComputerWeekly: Adobe wasn't scheduled to release an update for Acrobat and Reader until October 12, but this week it pushed out patches to fix several security holes. Adobe sent out a patch for its Flash player last week.
