NetworkWorld: In its fourth quarter that ended in July, Cisco experienced 27 percent year-over-year sales growth to hit $10.8 billion. During the same period, income jumped up 74 percent to $1.9 billion. For the year, the company's revenue was up 11 percent.
Despite the good news, chairman and CEO John Chambers is cautious about the future. "We are seeing a large number of mixed signals," he said. "The economy continues to be the wild card in people's minds."
