Enterprise Mobile Today: Google has announced a new set of security features that make it easier for Google Apps administrators to enforce enterprise IT policies for workers with smartphones. The new features allow admins to enforce encryption policies, wipe data after a set number of failed logins, disable cameras, disable data synchronization when the device is roaming, prevent password re-use and require periodic password changes.

For now, the new capabilities are available to users with iPhone, Nokia Series E and Windows Mobile devices, but ironically, not to Android users.
