A new report says the lack of an R&D agenda puts the nation at risk.

Computerworld: The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has released a new report which says the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy hasn't done its job. The agency is supposed to coordinate national cybersecurity R&D efforts, but so far does not have an agenda.
