An AT&T security hole reveals the e-mail addresses and ICC-IDs for a number of high-profile iPad users.

Gawker: A security hole in AT&T's network has exposed the e-mail addresses and ICC-IDs (the unique identifier associated with mobile SIM cards) of at least 114,000 iPad owners, potentially exposing them to spam or malicious hacking. Among the e-mail addresses revealed are those belonging to New York Times Co. CEO Janet Robinson, Diane Sawyer of ABC News, film mogul Harvey Weinstein, Mayor Michael Bloomberg and even White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, as well as thousands of other recognizable names.

AT&T says that it has corrected the problem, issuing a statement which reads, "This issue was escalated to the highest levels of the company and was corrected by Tuesday; and we have essentially turned off the feature that provided the e-mail addresses."
