Reuters: The latest research report from Gartner was full of good news for Google's mobile operating system Android. While the OS is still in fourth place behind Nokia's Symbian, Research in Motion and Apple, it enjoyed a 10 percent market share and outsold iPhones in North America. Gartner predicts that Android will outsell iPhone worldwide as soon as more handset makers start using the OS. Android already outsells Microsoft phones.
Gartner also said that soon more handsets will be browsing the Web than computers.
