Barnaby Jack will give a previously banned talk on "Jackpotting Automated Teller Machines" at the Black Hat Conference.

NetworkWorld: Last year, security researcher Barnaby Jack was prevented from delivering a talk on "Jackpotting Automated Teller Machines" at the Black Hat conference. But this year, the speech is on.

According to a description of the talk, Jack will reveal multiple ways of attacking ATMs, demonstrate a multi-platform ATM rootkit, and explain how the financial industry can protect itself. In the past, security researchers haven't spent much time exploring software security glitches ATMs, so the talk is being called a first.
