Security vendor reveals that three domains associated with the home page of the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing were actively serving the Eleonore Exploit pack.

CIO.com: On Monday, researchers from security vendor AVG discovered that three US Treasury sites were actively serving malware. The three domains, all associated with the home page of the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing contained a nearly undetectable snippet of code that downloaded malware from a Ukrainian Web site onto site visitors' computers.

As of Tuesday morning, the three sites in question appeared to have been taken offline, but visitors should avoid the sites until the problem is completely cleared up.
