Unnamed sources say the DOJ and FTC are debating which agency will spearhead an inquiry into the company's competitive practices.

NY Post: Unnamed sources have told the NY Post that the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission are wrangling over which agency will lead an antitrust inquiry into Apple's business practices. An "inquiry" is the first step before government agencies launch an "investigation," which could eventually lead to government action.
