Businesses Want Apple's iPad, Too

Analysts say the business demand for the iPad may be greater than anticipated.

BusinessWeek: Market watchers are saying that the business demand for the new iPad may be greater than expected. Charlie Wolf, an analyst at Needham & Co. has revised his earlier predictions, saying, "Clearly, the iPad has a role to play in the business market. The demand appears to be far more diverse than I originally expected."

In addition, a Zogby poll found that more than half of mobile users said that they would use a tablet device like the iPad for work, more than the number who said they would use it for watching TV and movies or playing games.
