The government agency has launched a competition to find the best ways to raise awareness about cybersecurity.

TG Daily: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security wants you--specifically your help in raising awareness about cybersecurity. In fact, it's holding a competition to find the best ideas of the American people. "As we develop strategies and messages that will resonate with various groups, we want the benefit of your ideas on how you would get the word out to your colleagues, or your friends, or your parents and children," says the department.

Entries should use Web 2.0 technology, but should not generate spam. They can be e-mailed to cyberchallenge@dhs.gov before April 30.
