Oracle says not to worry--they're not planning to kill off OpenSolaris.

eWeek: Earlier in the week, rumors flew that Oracle planned to stop offering OpenSolaris as a free download after an article titled "End of Service Life Status for OpenSolaris Operating System" appeared on its Web site. Oracle says the article just had a misleading headline, and Oracle is not planning to kill off the product.

"Keep it movin', folks ... nothing to see here," Oracle's Letty Ledbetter wrote in an e-mail to eWeek. "The page is a policy page to describe how the service life of the product works. [We're] not announcing EOL [for OpenSolaris]."
