Microsoft's new CASE program will help enterprises train end users on Windows and Office.

CIO.com: Responding to user frustration with "Ribbon menus" and other changes to the software, Microsoft has released a set of training tools for Windows 7 and Office 2007. The package is called CASE, short for "Cultural Adoption of Software in the Enterprise" and includes 14 free tools.

CIO writes, "Essentially CASE is a collection of training items such as step-by-step videos, instructional pamphlets and ready-made SharePoint sites, training presentations and more. There are also a few fee-based items, but most of these are available as a Software Assurance benefit, for those who have an SA contract."
