Over the past two years, Dell's Data Center has engineered between 30 and 40 cloud server designs for its large customers.

InformationWeek: Counting Yahoo, Microsoft's Bing, Ask.com, and Amazon Web Services among its customers, Dell's Data Center has become a major server supplier to Internet companies. Although it has only 20 customers, if the business unit were split apart from the rest of Dell, it would be the U.S.'s third largest supplier of x86 servers with 10 percent of the market.
