Telegraph.co.uk: In the movie Blade Runner the cyborgs are the called "Nexus 6," that's suspiciously similar to the "Nexus One" name Google chose for its new phone. The family of author Philip K. Dick, who wrote the book Do Android's Dream of Electric Sheep? on which Blade Runner was based, said that they plan to sue Google for trademark violation.
"Google takes first and then deals with the fallout later," said Isa Dick Hackett, daughter of the novelist. "In my mind, there is a very obvious connection to my fathers novel. People dont get it. Its the principle of it. It would be nice to have a dialogue. We are open to it. Thats a way to start."
