The Interop trade show in Las Vegas, held last week, hosted hundreds of tech vendors. The technology ran the gamut, from SaaS to virtualization, servers to networking gear, marketing to log management to security.

The following 22 videos are from my tour of the convention’s booths. I asked various vendors to briefly describe their products or services. In sum, the following pages offer a birds-eye view of the state of today’s IT.

Technology: Virtualization and application delivery. Citrix touts itself as “the first solution on the market that delivers applications and desktops to any user, anytime, anywhere from a secure central location.”

Technology: A browser-based Web site management platform, using a drag-and-drop user interface.

Location: Denia, Spain

Technology: Calling itself “The Programming Machine,” Olivanova touts itself as “the first commercially available software system that generates complete applications from software models.”
